When I say "us" I mean those of us who are ready to make a difference.  The us who are tired of either being a statistic in the obesity crisis or are growing weary of watching those around us suffer.  We don't have to look far to see this reality and anyone who is reading this page on this day now faces the choice of becoming the us who are ready to make a difference and sow the seeds of wellness among the seemingly barren fields of an obese and dying land. 

The "us" starts with the "I."  What am I ready and willing to do?  What can I do?  How do I do it?

For me, I have taken control of my health and fitness and am constantly seeking to improve upon where I am now.  Moreover, I feel I have found my calling.  I have found that part of me that says yes, this is what I am meant to do.  I have done some great works in my life helping women in sobriety, working with affordable housing, doing work both within and outside of our country to lend a helping hand.  In the wake of all that I feel that even they pale in comparison to the undertaking that lies ahead.  But I, having taken control of my own health, stand ready to help others find their way too. 

Our Business

Although Fitness for Faith is a grass roots undertaking, I work hand in hand with a fantastic organization that has worked to insure that we have the tools to make a healthy and fit lifestyle achievable for everyone.

We are always seeking to add new products to our line to be sure we meet the needs of all who come our way.  We've got kid's programs, programs for seniors, young adults, those who are already fit and those who are not.  I am very happy to report that we also now have our faith based program Body Gospel  so we can make worship part of our workout program.

I am very happy and proud to work with an organization who has taken the upper hand in bringing integrity to a marketplace that has become filled with products that just don't work and some that are just down right unhealthy.  I could not work in partnership with an organization that didn't strive to make the very best products and programs available to everyone. 

One of the greatest aspects of our business is that we will never charge for our knowledge, we will never charge for coaching or providing support to our clients.  I/we are here to make our mark on bringing an end to the obesity crisis that plagues our society.

Who We Are

Without sounding redundent I will just say again that we are all of the "I's" who have stood up against our own struggles and are ready to lend a hand. 

Our logo's may show who we are as a business but the fact remains that underneath all of that lies a group of individuals who are just regular people helping regular people make a better life for themselves. 

It is my sincere hope that the "we" in Who We Are will grow exponentially over time and that only happens when individuals and organizations like you decide to become part of that we.
